Privacy notice

Bursar & Co is a trading name of Switchermate Ltd, Company No. 16568958. This notice covers this website.

What we collect

If you use the contact form we store what you send us: your name, your shop name, your town or postcode, your phone number and/or email address, what you use for orders now, whether you have your own drivers, the best time to call, any demo day and time you pick, and your message. To protect the form from abuse we also keep a one-way scrambled form of your network address and your browser type, which we cannot turn back into your address.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry and, if you asked for one, to arrange your demo. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for anything else without asking you first.

How long we keep it

For as long as we need to deal with your enquiry and any service that follows from it.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by sending us a message through our contact form. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
